Yesterday was the first day that it actually felt like spring.
We went to the doctor's office in the morning for Cameron's one month checkup and I was happy to see that he weighs 9lbs, 10oz! I was hoping for somewhere near the 8lbs mark, so to see that he actually gained more, felt good. He won't be a chunky baby, but neither was Gavin.
He has chubby cheeks though!
We went for a walk in the afternoon with Leah and Eli and it was so nice to be out walking again!
After Leah left, we stayed outside and played on the driveway.
Ball hockey of course.
And then Gavin and I took turns pulling the wagon. He pulled Elmo up the sidewalk and then he would move Elmo and he would get into the wagon for the ride back down the sidewalk.
Gavin would change the activity that he wanted to do from a span of literally 2 seconds.
"Hockey...ball...throw...catch...ride!"
He would make sure the hockey sticks were away before going to the next activity.
"Away mommy! Away!"
It's funny how he can be so particle about how things should be.
After almost two hours of being outside, I knew it was going to be time to feed Cameron soon, so we headed inside with the promise of some good ole' Dora the Explorer and a snack of raisins.
Thank goodness for Dora at 4:30pm.
